Samantha Hewett is one of two Managing Partners at The Archangel Centers, sharing operational leadership with Ian Treacy. Her responsibilities focus on day-to-day clinic operations, site buildout, and cultivating the organizational culture that aligns the team with the program's mission.
Her work encompasses the infrastructure that enables clinical care, including licensure, staffing, facility management, and regulatory compliance. She coordinates across admissions, clinical, and back-office functions while overseeing operations at both the Tinton Falls, New Jersey and Charlotte, North Carolina locations.
Her view is that culture is built one decision at a time. Every operational decision either reinforces it or erodes it, and her job is to make sure it gets reinforced.
