The Archangel Centers is an outpatient provider. When medically supervised detox or inpatient care is the right first step, we coordinate placement with accredited partner facilities, then bring you directly into our PHP or IOP once you are cleared. One call. No gap between detox and real treatment.

Mike and Lauren Sorrentino did not open The Archangel Centers to build a business. They opened it because they watched people fall through the cracks of a system that forgot to be human.

Is Archangel an inpatient or outpatient program?
Archangel Centers is a licensed outpatient provider in Tinton Falls, NJ. You live at home or in supportive housing and come in for Partial Care (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), or standard outpatient. We coordinate medical detox separately through our Detox Concierge when it is needed first.
How long does outpatient treatment usually last?
It depends on the level of care and how you respond. PHP often runs a few weeks, IOP commonly 8 to 12 weeks part-time, and standard outpatient continues as long as it supports your recovery. How do I get help for myself or a loved one?

What if I cannot afford treatment?
Most addiction treatment is covered by insurance under federal parity law. We work with most major PPO and many HMO plans and verify your benefits for free before you commit, so you know your costs up front. We will talk through options if coverage is a barrier.
Do you accept out-of-state referrals?
Yes. We regularly welcome people traveling to the Jersey Shore for treatment and help coordinate housing and logistics. Call us and we will walk through what arriving from out of state looks like.
